Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Delivery Schedule Delivery will normally take 24 hours UK excluding Saturday deliveries.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy We supply only the highest quality product and we are sure that you will be delighted with it. However, if you are unhappy with the product , under the guidelines as below.

The product must be returned unused in its original condition including wrappings and packaging. We will refund you the cost of the item excluding the cost of the postage and packaging, or provide you with an alternative if required, as long as the item is returned within 14 days, of your receipt of the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

If the product was faulty, not ordered by yourself, we will refund the cost of the postage. If this happens, please contact us before returning the item and we will instruct you on the complete returns procedure.

We recommend returns must be sent via an insured method of postage, including signature because we will not be able to refund goods that have not reached us. Please ensure that your full details are returned with the package and the reason for return.
